1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 3xxc online gaming platform ("3xxc", "we", "us") and anyone who uses the platform ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing the 3xxc website or mobile platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

3 Account Management

Your 3xxc account is strictly personal. You may not share it with or transfer it to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Always log out after accessing your account from an unfamiliar device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact 3xxc Support immediately.
• If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

To update your account details, please contact our support team. For security purposes, identity verification may be required for certain changes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on 3xxc are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently available payment methods:

• Mobile Banking — Instant deposits & withdrawals
• Nagad — Instant deposits & withdrawals
• Rocket — Deposits & withdrawals
• Bank Transfer — processed within 1–3 business days

The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3xxc does not impose any hidden charges on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own fees, which are outside 3xxc's control. 3xxc reserves the right to hold withdrawals where there is insufficient documentation or suspected suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

3xxc regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Every bonus has an expiry date; bonuses not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• The same bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — the eligible games list will be specified in the bonus details.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account suspension.

3xxc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. However, the terms applicable to bonuses already credited will not be changed.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 3xxc are powered by internationally recognized third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and PG Soft). Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be controlled by 3xxc or any member.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, 3xxc will void the round and refund the wager.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or bugs will be considered void.
• Using bots, automation, or any other dishonest methods will result in permanent account suspension.

For Sports Betting — if an event is cancelled or abandoned, wagers are generally refunded. However, rules may vary by market, and any specific conditions will be outlined in each market's description.

7 Responsible Gaming

3xxc is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to make use of the following tools:

• Bet Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact the 3xxc support team first. We accept all complaints in English and aim to respond within 48 hours.

If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to senior management. 3xxc is committed to resolving disputes through a fair and transparent process at all times.

• Attach screenshots or transaction details as supporting evidence.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, server logs will serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

3xxc reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
